Reasoning that putting nutrition information next to the foods’ names at the serving line would cause delays and perhaps ill-informed ordering practices, Vanderbilt Campus Dining instead opted to offer customers the Nutrition Kiosk from Nutrition Addition.
Running on an iPad in the main dining halls on campus, the Nutrition Kiosk functioned a lot like the Nutrition App available for phones running iOS and Android, but it provided users without the app an opportunity to become educated on the nutritious nature of the Vanderbilt Campus Dining menus.
